Titus Lunch – Thursday, February 3

This month’s topic is Trinitarian Evangelism, based on Fred Sanders’ new book, The Deep Things of God.

Sanders argues that we have downplayed the Trinity in our personal faith, church life, and evangelism. He says, “If you forget the Trinity, you forget why we do what we do, who we are as gospel Christians, and how we got to be like we are. We are at risk of lapsing into sub-Trinitarian practices and beliefs, of behaving as if we serve a merely unipersonal deity rather than the Father, son, and Holy Spirit of the Bible.” So what difference does the Trinity make in our evangelism? That’s the topic of the chapter we’ll discuss.
